Fingermark and Qu Partner to Unlock Smarter, Faster QSR Operations

Fingermark, a global leader providing purpose-built technology solutions to quick-service restaurants (QSRs) like McDonald’s KFC, Burger King, Popeyes and Starbucks, today announced its partnership with Qu, the pioneer of the restaurant industry’s first intelligent commerce solution for QSRs.

The partnership integrates Fingermark’s Eyecue vision AI with Qu’s POS technology, enabling QSR operators to connect video-based operational insight with transaction data for game changing, actionable insights. 

This combined capability allows QSR operators to more effectively identify and address internal fraud, a persistent challenge in the industry. According to the National Retail Federation, QSRs lose an estimated 4-5% of gross sales to internal theft. By linking transaction events with contextual video evidence, operators can quickly validate suspicious activity and take informed action.

The integration also provides new visibility into drive-thru performance by correlating speed of service with specific menu items. This enables brands to pinpoint operational bottlenecks, make targeted adjustments, and continuously optimize throughput.
