Traveling to Sydney, Australia gave us the perfect opportunity to catch up with the greater Deployment and Customer Success team and see first hand how they have been supporting our customers in Australia. We saw our first Eyecue install at one of Australia’s larger burger joints and since our visit there has been an additional three Eyecue installs underway. It is positive to see the impact our machine learning technology is having on those in the QSR industry, giving them greater visibility of their drive-thru, and empowering their teams to make better decisions at critical times of the day.
A highlight was seeing how our Customer Success team along with our installation partners work together to provide our customers with the best service and tools to succeed. It is always a pleasure to meet with new customers and get a better understanding of their everyday needs.
